Ignite Program Dashboard

This project focuses on the UX/UI flow for the Ignite Program user dashboard. The main challenge was giving photographers clear visibility into their lead funnel, which was being managed by the Focal team during the program. I created a dashboard experience that was intuitive and transparent, allowing photographers to easily track their leads, understand their progress, and feel more connected to the process. This not only improved usability and strengthened trust between photographers and the Focal team, but also significantly reduced user complaints during the program (phew).
